We tried to consolidate several topics in this working group that had a theme of the type: if the premise of the MIC symposium is that distributional semantics will not simply replace formal semantics, then what are the parts of formal semantics that are complementary to distributional semantics, what is their relationship to distributional semantics and how can we marry the two?
