A large number of colleagues around me report issues with the ARR infrastructure (high effort/unclear
procedure for opting out, receiving review assignments despite opting out, receiving review assignments
without being notified in any form), which honestly does not create a professional impression of ARR
and makes me wary of signing up as a reviewer during times where I do not submit as an author.
