ARR is a horrible option when it comes to the special theme track of ACL 2022. We spent four months
writing the special theme paper but were rejected due to a lack of reviewers' knowledge about diversity.
Now nobody is accepting such exotic papers about language diversity. Look people what damage you are
sending to researchers who were happy doing their research before. We complained about all factual errors
reviewers made but no action performed by the action editor and no rebuttal. Simply so horrible infrastructure
at a high level. In our paper, we even two-line reviews from a reviewer who claimed confidence of five
about the research topic. Is it really fair? The action editor did nothing in such cases. What to say
about this horrible system anymore. I really hope I won't meet this system again.
