I noticed for my last submission to ARR that it is not possible to exclude certain researchers as reviewers
for bias. I am quite sure to know one of the reviewers, who guaranteed to have no idea who the authors
are. Such a function as was in use for INLG for a long time, should be intergrated in ARR too. This
should reduce bias. In case such a function exists and I am just unaware how to use it, I am sorry for
this comment and apologize for my lack of experience with the ARR infrastructure.
