The major problem I see at the moment is the poor communication, e-mails are not sent out when reviews
are due, reviewers are not notified that they were papers assigned. Also several researchers I know
have not been assigned any paper for several cycles when at the same time reviewers are needed to do
last-minute reviews in a time when most people are busy.
