I have two very strong opinions. One is that all reviews I received from ARR seem to overlook which
venue I submitted to. For example, I used to submit a paper to an NLP system-oriented workshop but the
paper was rejected with a very low score for the reason that our paper did not have any algorithmic
novelty. The other is for resubmissions, the ARR seems continuously assign new reviewers and ACs though
I chose yes for using the same set of reviewers and ACs. These new reviewers overlooked all previous
reviews and our responses and gave absolutely different reviews. This should not be how a review system
should work.
