"Rolling reviews are a great idea that can be tweaked and improved for the future. It makes no sense
to review the same paper from scratch again after a rejection. However, Openreview.net is just a horrible
system. I can't easily find anything there and I have missed deadlines because of its confusing and
misleading emails and interface. In my 20+ years of reviewing I never came across anything close to
that system. "
