"If reviewers know that there are four assigned reviews and only three are really required, there is
a danger that many reviews will be missing in the end. Instead, I'd not make reviews optional and introduce
a well-planned emergency reviewer plan. Why not treat this as a separate category, i.e., some people
reserving a particular day for this in the month, and we introduce sth. like ""Outstanding emergency
reviewer"" award etc.?"
