"Abandon the major/minor distinction between conferences. Make the scores and the rank (among all the
papers submitted to the RR cycle / of the past 12 months) of the papers public. Have them printed on
the first page. Papers and not conferences should be ranked. Set a minimum score for any paper to be
published in ACL Anthology. Make ACL Anthology become a peer-reviewed journal. Make the conferences
more inclusive. Make them a place where people meet. LREC is a good example. "
