The people that have volunteered their time to improve our review and conference system should be recognized
for the time they have put in. It doesn't matter whether or not ARR has succeeded, the people that have
dedicated months of their life to this deserve credit for spending so much time, when they could have
spent that time doing this to more directly improve their own careers.
