Tags: * ARR and legacy should have same deadline for a conference
Personally I strongly suggest the reviews from ARR can be synchronizingly along with major *CL conferences,
just like what ICLR did. I fully do not understand why we can have two ways to submit papers to EMNLP,
i.e. ARR and Softconf, where the latter can benefit much due to a latter deadline setting.
