The current form of ACL RR has too complicated logistics, although the intention of creating rolling
review is good. The discrepancies between meta reviewer and all the other reviewers have been observed,
e.g. given all the reviewers decline one paper but the meta reviewer accepts it, and vice versa when
all reviewers accept one paper, the meta reviewer declines. In this case, what is the point of wasting
reviewers' time?
