Tags: * against SAC interactions with ACs and reviewers to avoid inefficiency and confusion
There are currently parallel structures of ARR AEs and conference SACs with no clear division of responsibilities,
which is inefficient and confusing (and the OpenReview system is poorly designed for that). I suggest
only AEs dealing with ARR submissions and reviewers, and SACs making accept/reject decisions for a specific
conference once the reviewing process is completed (and not being involved in dealing with reviewers).
