I had good experience with ARR. Way better than submitting paper to AAAI and getting rejected via fast-track
with non-sensical comments showing that reviewers didn't read it and then having to wait for another
year to get some other non-sensical comments from some other equally overloaded reviewers who spent
at most 5 minutes looking at the structure of your paper.
