"Current RR system has created lot of confusions and problems when it comes to deciding a venue. Many
conferences/venues associated to ACL still have overlapping deadlines. Double/ Multiple submission should
be allowed. ARR should be used (and considered) a review platform, meanwhile allowing multiple submissions
to non-associated venues. Also, a flexibility in choosing ARR reviews/ venue(conference) specific review
should be given. Currently conferences do not allow a paper to be reviewed if it has already been submitted
to ARR. This causes problems for the authors if they end up getting not so good reviews. All the conferences
should agree to follow a standard pre-decided timeline, and review guidelines. For instance, they should
agree to consider a paper with missing reviews as well, and give it a fair chance of acceptance. A bias
should not be created based on previous reviewer's comments. "
