One of the big issues with ARR is the way reviewers are assigned to paper, often according to the affinity
score. This needs a lot more scrutiny. One advantage of having tracks is that it restricts the pool
of reviewers to those having some affinity with the broader research area. In my experience, reviewers
assigned by ARR have less affinity with my papers than I would have expected from reviewers from the
same sub area.
