"We need to train reviewers. Full stop. It's not enough to just ""recruit more reviewers"" when they
receive no instruction on how to review, not even what a sample review looks like. This needs to be
an all-hands effort. I would rather have much slower reviewing cycles with thoughtful, high-quality
reviews than the current frenetic pace of low quality reviews and overworked action editors."
