Since we are using Openreview, why not open like ICLR? or give authors the option to submit their paper
in an ‘open’ way when they choose preprint with openreview? This is super helpful for responsible
comments and discussion, and rolling these openreview for the next round ARR or Conference. Although
we have the response letter for resubmission, I believe it would be better for new reviewers to read
the comments from the last round.
