Generally, I think the suggestions in the document make sense and are constructive for the NLP community.
In the case of opt-out or opt-in, I agree that the default should be set to opt-out. Moreover, if the
authors could indicate the maximum number of papers they can review in the following (one or two) months
once they submit papers, it would be good to expect the load of the infrastructure and then find emergency
reviewers in advance if needed.
