"A lot of these suggestions for improvements to ARR neither seem to decrease reviewer burden (such as
assigning 4 reviewers) or improve review quality (I didn't notice a matching suggestion). I would rather
return to the old system, but increase the number of conferences (for example by holding both NAACL
and EACL every year, irrespective of where ACL is being conducted). It would also help to spread out
conferences throughout the year. "
