Reviewers asked often that they sign up in case they have to opt-in. It feels also a lot to review each
month 4 papers ... it was more like 4 papers for 3-5 major conferences. The load per month should be
lower for ARR. give 4 conferences with 4 papers that would have been 20 papers / year. With ARR this
are in worst case 48 which feels much ... and I did then not sign in again ... but there was active
sign in ...
