I would prefer to get rid of ARR. My experience with it has been that there is a lack of communication
about when papers will be assigned to reviewers, which makes it hard to plan for time to review. The
papers I have received to review were also poor fits, and there does not seem to be a clear way for
me to get papers to review that are better fits within this system.
