ARR is great, but it lacks tech support. OpenReview seems to be pretty annoying and even unreliable
at times. ACL should seriously consider hiring full time people for handling the entire review of all
*ACL conferences. It wouldn't cost too much, but we will get more meaningful reviews and also, consequently,
papers of higher quality.
